These six formidable lions, with their unbreakable bond that was the cornerstone of their dominance, controlled over 70,000 hectares of territory, dominating the landscape with their fearless presence. Their unity and teamwork made them face no competition, leaving a legacy of power and resilience that is truly inspiring.
Their story is one of courage, teamwork, and dominance—a testament to the strength of unity and strategic collaboration.

Mapogos Capital was established by an association of exceptionally talented graduates who all shared a passion for business. Our team includes top-tier graduates hailing from the most prestigious universities globally. Their developing knowledge and experience in corporate and investment banking sectors are now being passed down to small businesses in need, especially those unable to bear the excessive fees charged by premium consulting firms.

Nicole Baro
Consultant Analyst | BSc Economics University of Bath
Nicole is studying BSc Economics at the University of Bath and has recently completed her placement year at Brown-Forman UK, an FMCG premium spirits company. Within her role in the Operations team, Nicole has made achievements in leading data validation for internal audits, managing the rebates process and becoming the project leader for rebates automation. She delivered data analysis to stakeholders and created a business scorecard to track key performance metrics to deliver the company’s short to medium-term strategy. She is also a power user for systems like Salesforce and KAM.
Nicole is level-headed and goal-driven as the Chief Executive Officer of FiliFest CIC, leading a youth organisation of over 20 members. In 2023, she organised a culture festival at UCL, which garnered approximately 2000 attendees while growing its social media presence through various platforms. Nicole has developed strong rapport and communication skills with stakeholders, which led to successful events covered by national media and further business opportunities.
Nicole hopes to pursue and build stronger technical skills in data and Market Insights, drawing on micro and macroeconomic principles to deliver analysis and help businesses make economically sound decisions.
Outside of work, Nicole is an avid reader and dance enthusiast and is on a mission to try more cocktail bars and coffee shops in the capital.

Damian Adamski
Consultant Analyst | BSc Physics Durham University
Damian is a passionate and visionary physicist interested in quantum computing, venture capital, and artificial intelligence, and his exceptional academic performance shone during his A-levels. He attained an impressive A*AA*A, which included A* grades in Advanced Mathematics and Advanced Further Mathematics. These outstanding achievements led him to pursue a BSc in Physics at Durham University.
While at Durham, Damian's coursework extended to Python programming, allowing him to conduct simulations on the "Resonance Scattering of Particles."
Additionally, he collaborated closely with clients to analyze energy loss in transformers based on the materials used, showcasing his practical skills and commitment to real-world problem-solving.
Currently, Damian is immersed in research projects exploring the integration of AI into various aspects of business operations and the corporate industry as a whole.
His dedication to this field is fueled by his belief in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in business functional areas through automation and machine learning.

Madalina Samoila
Consultant Analyst | Bsc Mathematics with Statistics Kings College London
Madalina is a mathematics with statistics BSc (Hons) graduate passionate about solving complex numerical challenges. Having honed her data analysis and prompt engineering skills at Cervello, a renowned consulting company, she has embarked on a promising journey in data science.
During her second year at King’s, she worked on a statistical modelling project predicting wheat species using applied statistics and data modelling. She was proficient in R and executed binomial regression analysis, demonstrating precision in model selection, variable transformation, and addressing issues. Her academic achievements highlight her ability to apply theoretical knowledge with meticulous attention to detail, distinguishing her as a data analyst.
Madalina’s journey as a Data Analyst Intern at Cervello demonstrates her dedication to translating data into meaningful insights. She has also taken part in a Gen AI project, developing an analytical query bot using embeddings. The project aims to leverage the power of AI to create a bot capable of understanding and responding to analytical queries in a human-like manner.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Madalina’s experience as a national and international performance runner, competing in events such as 800m, 1500m, and 4x100m relay, showcases her dedication and competitive nature in achieving certain goals, traits that allow her to persevere in every facet of life.

Iness Anissimova
Consultant Analyst | Bsc Economics and Geography Lancaster University
Iness graduated from Lancaster University with a BSc in economics and geography. She aspires to solve today's problems while finding sustainable alternatives to tomorrow's issues. Having previously worked for Pret A Manger as a sustainability consultant, she searches for innovative ideas to maximise business profit and reduce environmental costs. Being selected for Investment 2020, she received high-quality training from multiple asset and investment management firms and appreciates the potential of befitting investment in improving business growth.
She also seeks to help social causes and volunteers as a fundraising analyst for community interest companies. Iness locates funding and searches for sponsors, permitting low-income families to access necessities and help foreign families in the UK.
She hopes that through her work, she can help industries uncover the potential of sustainability and a green economy to achieve business aims while improving the current environmental crisis.

Angelo Desouza
Consultant Analyst | BEng Engineering Business Management | MSc Predictive Modelling & Scientific Computing | University of Warwick
Angelo is an Engineering Management (BEng) graduate from the University of Warwick, pursuing a master's in Scientific Computing and Predictive Modelling at Warwick. He has interests in data analytics, finance, and software engineering, with experience working in software engineering, fixed-income securities, and risk advisory (under Nationwide, Northern Trust, and Albourne, respectively). Angelo has achieved firsts in both his academic dissertations, with the former focused on predicting electrical fault locations in the national grid and the latter focused on performing data-driven optimization using machine learning techniques, working alongside WMG (Warwick Manufacturing Group).
In addition, he has completed a Nuffield research placement at UCL and is competent in Python, HCL, Ansible, SQL, and MATLAB to an intermediary level. Angelo is primarily concerned with the Artificial intelligence and private equity industries.
He has competed in several Muay Thai fights at university and enjoys weightlifting and learning French in his spare time. After his master's, he hopes to continue building Mapogos Capital with his fantastic team and developing his career in finance.

Jenna Caroopen
Consultant Analyst | MEng Mechanical Engineering Kings College London University
Jenna is completing her General Engineering Degree (MEng) at Kings College London. Here, she engages in various technical projects that continue challenging her to simplify complex problems into manageable tasks, increase production efficiency for her team members, and apply her coding ability in Python and C++.
Jenna has completed work experience with Sir Robert McApaline on one of the UK’s most significant residential projects, Battersea Power Station. Here, she applied her theoretical physics knowledge to reading technical diagrams and understanding the components, from the material to their overall role in site construction. Jenna’s interest in economic research led to her joining Mapogos Capital, and over time, Jenna developed a focus on LLM in the technology market. Her critical thinking and creative flare enabled her to thrive in the marketing department, applying the digital marketing skills she gained from working in the fashion industry.
To improve her oral communication skills, Jenna learns as many new languages as possible by conversing with people and expanding her global network and connections. Beyond Mapogos Captial, she enjoys the art of candid digital photography and reading and continuously pushes herself to swim to new depths.

Adhurim Doci
Founder | CEO | BSc Accounting and Finance University of Warwick | Future Leader Scholar WBS | BMC
Adhurim, the founder of Mapogos Capital, has a proven track record of leadership and exceptional performance. He is the first-ever student to achieve an A* in A-level Economics at Harris Academy Battersea, a testament to his academic prowess. His dynamic academic career has been marked by numerous awards, and he has overcome significant obstacles, for which he now delivers inspirational speeches at colleges and events. In October 2021, he became the first-ever Youth Champion for Sunbeam in the UK, further solidifying his leadership and academic achievements.
His career development is mainly in investment banking (Asset Management division). Adhurim's curiosity about the field started at 16 years old, evolving into a passion later on during his work experience as a student at a hedge fund in London. Adhurim is pursuing his studies in A&F at Warwick Business School, focusing on Finance. Recently, he was awarded Future Leaders Scholar by WBS. Furthermore, Adhurim's vision is synonymous with Andrew Carnegie's belief that wealth should be utilised for larger selfless causes such as reducing poverty and maintaining sustainability and peace globally. Hence, he pursues innovation and contributes to the development of financial systems mechanisms. He believes that the origin of the world's critical problems is miscoordination, unstable recalibration, and capital accumulation by financial systems worldwide.
When he has yet to dive into the depth of financial literacy, he appreciates reading about oceanography, 1980s Classic Range Rovers and listening to 1960s Jazz.
